In June, Nexba, a burgeoning functional drinks brand, raised a commendable $0.7 million AUD through crowdfunding in Australia. The brand, which is swiftly carving a niche in the $300 billion AUD global market, remains dedicated to its mission of creating naturally sugar-free drinks. This year, Nexba took a significant step by expanding under Goodness Group Global and launching PACE, a zero-sugar rapid hydration drink, in collaboration with Australian cricket captain and IPL superstar Pat Cummins.
The expansion is part of an ambitious strategy to establish a leading platform for better-for-you brands globally. Goodness Group is now rallying consumers to support Nexba’s global mission by investing in its next funding campaign, aiming to gather an additional $1.5 million AUD, potentially stretching to $2 million AUD, through Crowdcube. The funds will accelerate international expansion and product innovation.
Pat Cummins, who partnered with Nexba in 2023, expressed his enthusiasm, emphasizing his commitment to promoting healthier alternatives to sugary drinks and contributing to a global movement for better health and fitness. Founded in 2010 in Australia, Nexba has already eliminated over 7 billion grams of sugar from diets globally and is available to 250 million customers across 15 global markets.
