Equitise's NZ crowdfunding licence axed by FMA - NBR | The Authority since 1970

Australian crowdfunding company which cut its teeth in New Zealand has regularly failed to file financial statements on time.

Crowdfunding platform Equitise has had its licence cancelled by the Financial Markets Authority after the regulator found it failed to file financial statements and still facilitated two offers despite being deregistered last August.
