Developer Gil Dezer, known for his Porsche and Bentley-branded towers in Florida, has revealed that celebrities and the super-rich often ask for free apartments. Rapper Future is purchasing a $7.5 million unit at Dezer’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, which includes a private pool and a four-car “sky garage.” However, some stars are looking for an eight-figure discount. Dezer shared that he frequently receives calls from celebrities demanding free apartments, even from mega-millionaires. The Bentley building is a 62-story tower with 216 units and is set to be completed in 2027. Condos start at $5.65 million and come with luxurious amenities such as heated floors, home saunas, outdoor showers, and balcony pools. Dezer’s patented car parking system, called the “Dezervator,” offers residents privacy by taking them and their cars directly to their units. Future’s purchase has generated interest from other A-listers, with publicists requesting private tours in exchange for passes to football games, concert tickets, and jewelry. Despite the requests, Dezer emphasizes that this is a business and those who want a spot must pay and sign on the dotted line. The Bentley Residences will also feature a private restaurant curated by Chef Todd English with ocean views. Dezer’s client list includes Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz, and NFL star siblings Trevon and Stefon Diggs.
