Ex-Chelsea players back crowdfunding for Vitesse

Many Chelsea players have supported a crowdfunding campaign to save a club in the Netherlands.

Dutch team Vitesse Arnhem are in serious danger of going under due to financial problems.

Ex-Blues academy talents Lewis Baker and Matt Miazga have contributed to the Vitesse cause.

Vitesse have been deducted a record 18 points in the Eredivisie due to indications of former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich having control over the club.

American businessman Coley Parry tried to buy the team but was unable to do so.

Chelsea shared an excellent relationship with Vitesse when Abramovich was in charge at Stamford Bridge as well.
