Rapper Future is purchasing a $7.5 million unit at Dezer’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, which includes a private pool and a four-car “sky garage.” However, some stars are looking for an eight-figure discount. Dezer shares that he frequently receives calls from celebrities demanding free apartments, but Future approached him politely and asked for a good price. Dezer finds it crazy that mega-millionaires expect freebies. The Bentley building is a 62-story tower with 216 units set to be completed in 2027.
