Necromancer Games has introduced their latest holiday-themed tabletop RPG project, the Double Holiday Feature, which is now crowdfunding on Indiegogo. This campaign offers two seasonal adventures designed to bring a mix of magic, mystery, and festive excitement to gaming tables during the holiday season.
One of the adventures, written by Alasdair Cunningham, is set in the rugged Northlands of the Lost Lands, where an annual celebration known as the Feast of the Fork takes a dark turn. Set in a small island village at the fork of the Hardöen River, players must navigate a brewing conflict spurred by a shapeshifter named Shadovar, who seeks to reignite an old family feud. The adventure invites players to work together to prevent disaster and restore peace to the community.
The second adventure, authored by Rhiannon Louvre, centers on Yuletown, a place where the magic of the season is under threat. Old Father Yule enlists the help of adventurers to cleanse the town of foul magic that has corrupted the Yule Tree. Players are tasked with stopping the evil forces of Orcus before the magic of winter is lost forever, putting the entire holiday at risk.
Both adventures are designed to be compatible with 5e, OSR, and Castles & Crusades systems, offering flexibility for players across different platforms.
Necromancer Games is also offering softcover editions of the adventures, with options for Print-on-Demand for international backers to help manage shipping costs. PDFs will be fulfilled through DriveThruRPG, giving digital backers easy access to their rewards.
